By accessing revfloats.store or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

General conditions

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious one.

Product information

Rev Float is an inflatable ride-on leisure float. We aim to keep descriptions and images accurate, but slight variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur between production batches, and we are not liable for minor differences between images and the finished product.

Safety

Rev Float is an inflatable leisure product for use on calm, supervised water. It is not a lifesaving device and must not be used as one. Never leave children unattended in or near water. Do not use in surf, strong currents, or open sea. Do not exceed the stated weight limit or inflate beyond the recommended pressure. Use is at your own risk.

Orders and payments

All orders are subject to availability. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your order confirmation. Payment must be completed before processing begins. We may cancel and refund any order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot ship to your location, or where we suspect fraud.

Pre-orders

All orders are pre-orders from a limited production batch. Estimated dispatch is 40–45 business days from purchase. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Pre-Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text and branding, is owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for delays outside our reasonable control including courier delays, customs, and force majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
