Pre-Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This item is a pre-order from our next stock release — that's how we keep it available at this price. By ordering today you're reserving your unit, and orders ship in the order they're received.

Dispatch. Your order ships within 40–45 business days of purchase, and you'll get tracking the moment it's on its way. Delivery estimates then follow our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates and can shift with stock releases, customs, or carrier delays — we'll always keep you updated.

Changed your mind? No problem — cancel for a full refund within 1 week of ordering by emailing revfloat@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. After 1 week your unit is committed to you from our allocation, so orders can no longer be cancelled.

Quality promise. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email revfloat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund. As a pre-order item we can't accept change-of-mind returns after the 1 week window, and we don't cover ordinary wear, punctures caused after delivery, or damage from over-inflation.

Lost or stolen parcels. If tracking shows your parcel lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, email revfloat@gmail.com within 14 days of the last tracking update and we'll open a carrier investigation. If it's confirmed lost we'll replace it or refund you in full.
