Timeframes are estimates and can shift slightly with stock releases, customs, or carrier delays — we'll always keep you updated.

Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering by emailing us with your order number. After 48 hours your unit is committed to you from our allocation, so orders can no longer be cancelled.

Quality promise: if your item ever arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. (As a pre-order item, we can't accept change-of-mind returns after the 48-hour window.)
