Pre-Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy All orders placed are pre-orders. By completing your purchase, you are reserving an item from an upcoming stock release. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order received and are dispatched once your allocation becomes available. Estimated dispatch: 40-45 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery follows dispatch per our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates and may vary with stock release schedules, customs, and carrier conditions. Cancellations: Cancellation requests are accepted within 24–48 hours of purchase by contacting Yoshiitmgrind@gmmail.com with your order number. After this window your allocation is committed and the order cannot be cancelled. Returns: Returns are accepted only after delivery, and only where the item arrives damaged or defective. Change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, and buyer's remorse are not accepted. Lost or stolen parcels: Where tracking shows a parcel lost in transit or delivered but not received, contact yoshiitmgrind@gmail.com within 14 days of the last tracking update and we will open a carrier investigation. Claims: Contact yoshiitmgrind@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering by emailing us with your order number. After 48 hours your unit is committed to you from our allocation, so orders can no longer be cancelled.

Quality promise: if your item ever arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. (As a pre-order item, we can't accept change-of-mind returns after the 48-hour window.)
